Terms of Sale

All products and products derived from custom orders are solely intended for research and in vitro diagnostic use only. Resale of phycobiliprotein conjugates is prohibited unless the seller of such conjugates has a license agreement with Stanford University.

Prices and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment is net 30 days; overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly late charge.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to all in-state orders, unless a tax exempt number is provided with order.

Shipping

Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped F.O.B. Mountain View, CA via next day Airborne Express. If a shipping account number is not provided with the order, the charge will be prepaid by us and added to your invoice.
